At krftslab, your privacy matters. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: Name, email address, and profile photo (via Google or email signup).

Payment data: Processed entirely by DodoPayments. We never see or store your credit card numbers.

Usage data: Pages visited, templates viewed/downloaded, and basic analytics (via Cloudflare).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide access to purchased templates
• To send purchase confirmations and download links
• To improve our website and template offerings
• To respond to support requests

3. What We Don't Do

• We never sell your personal data
• We never share your email with third-party marketers
• We never store payment card information
• We never track you across other websites

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled by Firebase (Google). We use industry-standard security practices.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication (login session) and theme preference (light/dark mode). No advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

• Firebase — Authentication (Google's privacy policy applies)
• DodoPayments — Payment processing
• Cloudflare — Hosting and CDN

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Access your account data anytime from your dashboard
• Request deletion of your account and data by emailing us
• Export your purchase history
• Opt out of any marketing emails (we rarely send them)

8. Data Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. Purchase records are retained for 7 years per tax requirements. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days.

9. Changes

We'll notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
