Getting Started

Creating an account is simple! Click the "Get Started" button in the top navigation, enter your email address, choose a password, and you're ready to go. You can also sign up using your Google or Apple account for even faster registration.

Academy offers both free and paid options. You can browse courses, read descriptions, and access select free courses without paying. For full access to all courses and features, check out our Pro and Teams plans on the pricing page.

Academy works on any device with a web browser. Whether you're on a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, you can access your courses anytime, anywhere. We also offer native mobile apps for iOS and Android for the best learning experience on the go.

Courses & Learning

Once you enroll in a course, you can access it anytime through your dashboard. Simply log in to your account and navigate to "My Courses" to start learning. Your progress is automatically saved, so you can pick up right where you left off.

No! Once you purchase a course, you have lifetime access. Learn at your own pace, revisit materials anytime, and keep up with any course updates the instructor makes. Your learning, your schedule.

Yes! Upon completing all course modules and passing any required assessments, you'll receive a certificate of completion. You can download it as a PDF, print it, and share it directly to your LinkedIn profile to showcase your new skills.

Yes, Pro and Teams plan subscribers can download course videos through our mobile apps for offline viewing. This is perfect for learning during commutes or when you don't have internet access. Downloaded content remains available as long as your subscription is active.

Absolutely! Each course has a Q&A section where you can ask questions and get answers from the instructor and other students. Pro subscribers also get access to direct messaging with instructors for more personalized help.

Billing & Payments

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For Teams plans, we also offer invoice billing for annual subscriptions.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all individual course purchases and subscription plans. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked!

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

Yes! Students with a valid .edu email address get 50% off Pro plans. For teams of 5 or more, we offer volume discounts starting at 20% off. Contact our sales team at teams@academy.com for custom pricing.

Account & Settings

Click "Sign In" in the navigation, then select "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours for security.

Yes! Go to your Account Settings and click "Change Email." You'll need to verify your new email address before the change takes effect. All your courses and progress will remain intact.

We're sorry to see you go! To delete your account, go to Account Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. Please note this action is permanent and will remove all your data, courses, and certificates. Consider downloading your certificates first.

Go to Account Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. You can enable 2FA using an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy) or via SMS. We highly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account.
