Three generations of artisan baking
Golden Crust began in 1985 when master baker Giovanni Rossi opened a small bakery with a simple dream: to share authentic, handcrafted bread with his community.
Today, his granddaughter Maria continues the tradition, using the same sourdough starter and time-honored techniques that made our bread famous. Every loaf is shaped by hand and baked in our stone hearth oven.
We source organic flour from local farms, use only natural leavening, and never add preservatives. It's baking the way it was meant to be done.
