Our Story

Crafted with Intention, Made to Last

Terra Studio was born from a simple belief: in a world of mass production, there's profound value in objects made by human hands, carrying the marks of their making.

Founded by Elena Martinez in 2012, our sun-drenched Portland atelier has become a sanctuary for both creation and learning. Every piece that leaves our studio embodies the patience of slow craft, the beauty of natural materials, and the warmth of intentional making.

We use locally-sourced clay, mix our own glazes from natural minerals, and fire in our wood-ash kiln. The result: unique pieces that connect you to the earth and the hands that shaped them.
