For over 25 years, Sanctuary has been a place where lives are transformed, families are strengthened, and community is built.
Our Story
Founded in 1999 by Pastor Michael and Sarah Thompson, Sanctuary began as a small group of 12 families meeting in a living room. United by a vision to create a church where everyone belongs, they prayed, planned, and believed for something bigger.
Today, Sanctuary has grown into a thriving community of over 3,000 members, but our heart remains the same: to be a place where hearts find home. We believe church should feel like family – welcoming, authentic, and full of hope.
Through the years, we've seen countless lives transformed by the love of God. From launching local outreach programs to sending missionaries around the world, our mission continues to expand while our roots grow deeper.
