Ratio: 1:16 (15g coffee to 240ml water). Water temp: 195-205°F. Bloom for 30s, then pour in circular motions. Total brew time: 3-4 minutes.
Ratio: 1:15 (30g coffee to 450ml water). Coarse grind. Water temp: 200°F. Steep for 4 minutes, stir, plunge slowly. Full-bodied result.
Ratio: 1:2 (18g in, 36g out). Fine grind, even tamp. Water temp: 200°F. Extract in 25-30s. Look for rich crema and balanced flavor.
