DataViz ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email, company name, and payment details when you create an account. We also collect usage data such as queries run, dashboards created, and feature interactions to improve our service.
Data You Connect
When you connect data sources, DataViz processes queries against your data but does not permanently store your raw data. We cache query results temporarily for performance and store metadata (schema information, column names) to power our AI features. You can delete all cached data at any time from your account settings.

- To send important service updates and security notifications
- To improve our AI models and product features

Data Security
We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We are SOC 2 Type II certified and undergo annual third-party security audits. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: infrastructure providers (AWS) to host our service, payment processors (Stripe) to handle billing, and analytics tools to improve our product. All third parties are bound by data processing agreements.
