Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using DeployStack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If using on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

DeployStack provides a CI/CD platform for building, deploying, and hosting web applications. Features include Git-based deployments, preview environments, edge hosting, custom domains, and collaboration tools.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to your source code and content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to build, deploy, and serve your content as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your code.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use DeployStack to:

  • Host content that violates applicable laws
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing
  • Mine cryptocurrency using our compute resources
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or deployments
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the platform
  • Resell the service without written authorization

5. Free Tier Limitations

The Hobby plan is provided free of charge with resource limits. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with 30 days notice. Sites on the free tier may display a small "Powered by DeployStack" badge.

6. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Overages are billed at the end of each billing cycle. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is communicated 48 hours in advance. Enterprise plans include formal SLAs with service credits.

8. Limitation of Liability

DeployStack is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your deployments will be taken offline and data will be retained for 30 days to allow export. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware or through binding arbitration.
