Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET 30 terms.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Absolutely! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged if you decide to continue after the trial.
What happens if I exceed my attendee limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time to accommodate more attendees. We won't turn away attendees mid-event - we'll work with you to find a solution.
