1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EventPro's services, website, mobile applications, or any other products or services offered by EventPro, Inc. ("EventPro," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

EventPro provides an event management platform that enables users to:

• Create, manage, and promote events
• Sell tickets and process registrations
• Host virtual and hybrid events
• Manage attendee communications
• Access analytics and reporting tools

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services.

4. Event Organizer Responsibilities

If you use EventPro to organize events, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your events
• Deliver the events as advertised and fulfill all ticket orders
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Handle attendee data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Establish and communicate your own refund policies
• Obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance

5. Fees and Payment

EventPro charges fees for the use of our Services:

• Subscription fees for platform access
• Per-ticket fees or percentage of ticket sales
• Payment processing fees
• Add-on feature fees

Funds from ticket sales will be transferred to Event Organizers according to our payout schedule, minus applicable fees.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Creating fraudulent events or selling counterfeit tickets
• Infringing intellectual property rights of others
• Posting false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Services

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by EventPro and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the Services. By uploading content, you grant EventPro a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that content in connection with providing the Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVENTPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
