How does InvestKit connect to my brokerage?

We use bank-level security through Plaid to connect to 12,000+ brokerages. Your login credentials are never stored by InvestKit—they go directly to Plaid's encrypted servers. We only receive read-only access to your holdings data.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use 256-bit AES encryption, SOC 2 Type II certified security controls, and undergo regular third-party security audits. We can only view your holdings—we cannot move money or execute trades.

Can I try before I buy?

Absolutely. Our Free plan is free forever and includes core tracking features. Premium and Wealth Manager plans come with a 14-day free trial—no credit card required.

What if my brokerage isn't supported?

We support 12,000+ brokerages worldwide. If yours isn't listed, you can manually enter your holdings. We also add new brokerages monthly—just email us at support@investkit.com.

Do you sell my data?

Never. We don't sell your data to advertisers, push financial products, or share your information with third parties. Our business model is simple: you pay us, we serve you.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes! InvestKit is available on iOS and Android. All plans include full mobile app access with the same features as the web version.

How often does data sync?

Real-time during market hours. Holdings update automatically when your brokerages report changes, typically within minutes. Prices update every 15 seconds.
