2. About Hope Foundation

Hope Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives through education, healthcare, and community development programs in 25+ countries. Our EIN is 12-3456789. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

3. Donations

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless made in error
• Tax receipts are issued for donations of $25 or more
• Recurring donations can be modified or cancelled at any time through your donor account or by contacting us
• Hope Foundation reserves the right to redirect funds to areas of greatest need if a specific program becomes fully funded
• We strive to allocate 85% or more of donations directly to programs

4. Volunteer Programs

• Volunteers must be at least 18 years old (16 with parental consent)
• Background checks may be required for certain programs
• Volunteers must complete required training before participating in programs
• Hope Foundation provides liability coverage for volunteers during authorized activities
• Volunteers are not employees and are not entitled to compensation

5. Events

When registering for Hope Foundation events:

• Event registrations are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
• Cancellation policies vary by event and will be communicated at registration
• Hope Foundation reserves the right to cancel or modify events due to unforeseen circumstances
• Photography and video may be captured at events for promotional purposes; attendees will be notified

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Hope Foundation or used with permission. You may share our content for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. Commercial use requires written permission.

7. User Accounts

If you create a donor or volunteer account, you are responsible for maintaining its security. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as needed. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or show signs of fraudulent activity.
