Do I need to book an appointment?
While we recommend booking appointments to ensure availability with your preferred artist, we do accept walk-ins based on availability. For best results, especially for color services, please book in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service price. We understand emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Is parking available?
Yes! We offer complimentary valet parking for all clients. Street parking is also available on Melrose Avenue and surrounding streets with 2-hour meters.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available in any amount and can be purchased in-salon or online. They never expire and can be used for any service or product. Purchase a gift card →
