How do I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets online through our website, by phone at +1-212-555-SHOW, or in person at our box office. We recommend booking in advance as popular shows often sell out.

What is your cancellation policy?

Tickets can be refunded up to 7 days before the performance. Within 7 days, you may exchange your tickets for another show at no charge. No refunds are issued for shows in progress.

Is the theater accessible?

Yes. Our theater features wheelchair-accessible seating, accessible restrooms, and elevators. We offer assisted listening devices and request free sign language interpreters with 2 weeks' notice.

What is the dress code?

There is no strict dress code. Most patrons wear business casual or dressy attire. Some enjoy dressing up for special occasions, while casual comfort is also welcome.

Is parking available?

Multiple parking garages are located within two blocks of the theater. Street parking is also available. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to allow time for parking.

Can I bring children?

Children of all ages are welcome. Some shows are better suited for families; check show descriptions for age recommendations. Children under 3 may sit on your lap or we provide booster seats.
