By using TravelDesk, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making any bookings. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TravelDesk ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your contact information is up to date

3. Booking & Payments

When you make a booking through TravelDesk:

3.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

3.2 Payment

Payment is processed at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and selected digital payment methods. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.

3.3 Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. Until then, availability and pricing are not guaranteed.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Our cancellation policies vary by booking type:

Flights 24 hours after booking Airline policy applies
Hotels Up to 48 hours before Full refund if eligible
Experiences Up to 24 hours before Full refund if eligible
Packages Varies by component Partial refund possible

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of TravelDesk, you agree to:

  • • Check travel requirements (visas, vaccines)
  • • Arrive on time for flights and activities
  • • Review bookings before confirming

Don't

  • • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • • Attempt to circumvent pricing systems
  • • Share account credentials
  • • Misuse rewards or promotional offers

6. Limitation of Liability

TravelDesk acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for:

  • • Actions or omissions of airlines, hotels, or tour operators
  • • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
  • • Weather-related disruptions or natural disasters
  • • Personal injury or property damage during travel
  • • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TravelDesk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • • Breach of these Terms
  • • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • • Request by law enforcement
  • • Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Existing bookings will be honored subject to their individual terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

  • • Posting the updated Terms on this page
  • • Sending an email to your registered address
  • • Displaying a notice in the app or website

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
