These Terms govern your use of krftslab and the purchase/download of website templates from our platform.

1. License Grant

Each template purchase grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the template in unlimited personal and commercial projects. You may modify the code freely. You may NOT resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template files themselves (modified or unmodified).

2. Purchases & Payments

• All prices are in USD and charged as one-time payments
• Payments are processed securely by DodoPayments
• Bundle purchases (All Access / Lifetime) include current and future templates per the plan terms
• All Access includes 1 year of updates; Lifetime includes permanent updates

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 14 days or if you've downloaded more than 3 templates from a bundle.

4. Account Responsibilities

You're responsible for maintaining your account credentials. Don't share your login or purchased template files with others outside your organization.

5. Intellectual Property

krftslab retains ownership of all template designs and code. Your purchase grants a usage license, not ownership transfer. The krftslab brand, logo, and website content remain our exclusive property.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling or redistributing templates on other marketplaces
• Creating derivative template products for sale
• Removing attribution in template source where required
• Using templates for illegal or harmful purposes

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Your purchased templates and download access remain available regardless of feature changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

krftslab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from template use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific template or bundle.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
