We're open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with extended hours until 8:00 PM on weekends and holidays. The last entry is 30 minutes before closing. We're closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Adult tickets (18+) are $32.95, seniors (65+) are $29.95, children (3-17) are $24.95, and children under 3 are free. We also offer family packages and annual memberships for better value. Book online for a 10% discount.

Yes, we have a large parking lot with over 500 spaces. Parking is $15 per vehicle. Members receive complimentary parking. We also offer valet parking for $25. Public transportation and ride-share drop-off zones are available.

Most visitors spend 3-4 hours exploring all our exhibits. If you plan to attend feeding demonstrations, educational talks, or special presentations, allow 4-5 hours. We recommend arriving early to avoid crowds.

Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome in designated picnic areas. We have three on-site cafes and restaurants offering a variety of dining options. Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Yes, all exhibits and facilities are fully wheelchair accessible with ramps and elevators throughout. Wheelchair rentals are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Service animals are welcome.

Yes, coin-operated lockers are available near the main entrance. Small lockers are $3 and large lockers are $5 for the day. We also offer complimentary coat check service during winter months.

Personal photography and videography are encouraged for non-commercial use. Please turn off your flash to protect our animals. Tripods and professional equipment require advance permission. Drone use is prohibited.

Feeding demonstrations occur throughout the day: Sharks at 11am and 3pm, Penguins at 10am and 2pm, Sea Otters at 11:30am and 3:30pm, and Stingrays at 12pm and 4pm. Check our daily schedule at the entrance for any changes.

Yes! Our Touch Pool features stingrays, sea stars, and sea anemones that you can gently touch under staff supervision. We also offer behind-the-scenes experiences and animal encounters that can be booked separately.

Yes, we rotate special exhibits throughout the year featuring different ocean themes and species. Current and upcoming exhibits are listed on our website. Many special exhibits are included with general admission.

Members enjoy unlimited visits for a year, free parking, 10% discount at gift shop and cafes, exclusive member events, early access to new exhibits, and reciprocal admission to partner aquariums nationwide. Memberships pay for themselves in just 3 visits.
