Admission Terms

Admission tickets are valid for one day only. All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges. Ocean Discovery reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.

Code of Conduct

Visitors must respect all aquarium rules and staff instructions. Do not tap on glass, feed animals (except in designated areas with staff supervision), or behave in a manner that disturbs other guests or animals.

Photography

Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted. Flash photography is prohibited near sensitive animals. Commercial photography requires advance permission.

Liability

Ocean Discovery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Visit at your own risk.

Membership Terms

Memberships are non-transferable and valid for one year from purchase date. Benefits are subject to blackout dates during special events.
