By accessing or using Beats music production services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service or purchase any beats or services from us.

2. Description of Service

Beats provides music production, beat licensing, custom beat creation, mixing, mastering, and DJ services. We offer various licensing tiers for our beats, from basic leases to exclusive rights, each with specific terms of use.

3. Beat Licensing Terms

When you purchase a beat license from us, you agree to the following:

• Basic Lease: Non-exclusive license for up to 2,500 streams, 500 downloads, 1 music video
• Premium Lease: Non-exclusive license for up to 50,000 streams, 5,000 downloads, unlimited music videos
• Unlimited Lease: Non-exclusive license for unlimited usage, including radio play and live performances
• Exclusive Rights: Full ownership and exclusive rights to the beat, removed from marketplace

All licenses require proper credit to Beats/Producer Name in all public releases.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

• All beat purchases are final and non-refundable once the files are delivered
• Custom production requires a 50% deposit before work begins
• Full payment is required before final files are delivered
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal

5. Intellectual Property

All beats, music, and content on this website are protected by copyright law. Until a license is purchased, all rights remain with Beats. Non-exclusive licenses do not transfer ownership; they grant usage rights as specified in the license terms. Only exclusive purchases transfer full ownership rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or give away purchased beats to others
• Register beats as your own composition with PROs without proper splits
• Use beats in content that promotes hate, violence, or illegal activities
• Claim exclusive rights to non-exclusive licenses
• Remove or alter producer tags without an appropriate license

7. Custom Production

For custom beat production:

• We provide up to 3 rounds of revisions included in the quoted price
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
• All custom work is delivered as exclusive unless otherwise agreed

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of our services or purchased content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use non-exclusive licenses remains valid if they were properly purchased. Exclusive licenses remain valid indefinitely.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Existing licenses are not affected by changes to terms.
