2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages from Craft House Brewery. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to verify age at any time and refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age.

3. Online Purchases

When you make a purchase through our website:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount
• All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice

4. Shipping and Delivery

Alcoholic beverages can only be shipped to states where permitted by law. Someone 21 years or older must be present to sign for delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we cannot accept returns on beer purchases unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. For merchandise:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days

6. Tour and Event Bookings

Tour and event bookings are subject to availability. Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Responsible Drinking

8. Intellectual Property
