The Art of Roasting
Coffee roasting is a delicate balance of time, temperature, and intuition. Our head roaster James brings 15 years of experience and a Q Grader certification to every batch, ensuring consistency while honoring each bean's unique character.
We roast on a vintage Probat roaster, carefully monitoring color, aroma, and crack timing. Each origin has its own roast profile, developed through hundreds of test batches to find the sweet spot that brings out the best tasting notes.
From the first crack to the cooling tray, every step is documented and quality-checked. The result? Coffee that's consistently exceptional, batch after batch.
