Pricing

Payment

4. Shipping and Delivery

For online coffee orders, we ship within the continental United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on coffee or food items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to make it right, either through a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

6. Gift Cards

Ember Coffee gift cards are redeemable at any Ember Coffee location or on our website. Gift cards do not expire and carry no fees. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Gift cards cannot be reloaded or combined.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ember Coffee website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ember Coffee or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ember Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
