Membership

Can I try before I commit?

Absolutely! We offer a complimentary day pass so you can experience the space, meet the community, and see if we're the right fit. Book a tour and we'll set everything up for you.

What's the minimum commitment?

Monthly memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime before your next billing date. Annual plans offer a 20% discount and are billed yearly.

Can I bring guests?

Hot desk members get 2 guest passes per month, dedicated desk members get 4, and private office members get unlimited guest passes. Additional passes can be purchased for $15 each.

Facilities & Access

What are your operating hours?

Our spaces are open Monday through Friday 7am-10pm and Saturday-Sunday 9am-6pm. Dedicated desk and private office members have 24/7 keycard access.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have secure underground parking available for $150/month, with discounted rates for annual members. Bike storage is free for all members.

How fast is your WiFi?

We provide enterprise-grade gigabit internet with redundant connections. Typical speeds are 500+ Mbps download and 200+ Mbps upload. We also have a dedicated network for video calls.

Do you have meeting rooms?

Yes! We have 8 meeting rooms ranging from 2-person phone booths to a 20-person boardroom. Rooms include AV equipment, whiteboarding tools, and video conferencing setups. Book through our member app.

Policies

What's your cancellation policy?

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with 30 days' notice. Annual plans can be cancelled with a pro-rated refund for unused months, minus a small early termination fee.

Can I use your business address?

Dedicated desk and private office members can use our address as their business address for mail and packages. We also offer virtual mailbox services as an add-on for hot desk members.
