Building Community Through Shared Space
Founded in 2019, The Collective was born from a simple belief: the best work happens when creative minds come together in inspiring spaces.
We set out to create more than just desks and meeting rooms. We wanted to build a thriving ecosystem where entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups, and remote teams could connect, collaborate, and grow together.
Today, we're proud to host over 300 members from diverse industries, all united by a passion for doing meaningful work in a supportive community.

How We Got Here
From a single floor to a thriving multi-level community space.
The Beginning
Started with 5,000 sq ft and 30 founding members. A simple vision: create a workspace that feels like home, not a corporate office.
Adapting Together
When the world changed, we pivoted to flexible memberships, enhanced safety protocols, and virtual community events. Our members stuck with us.
Expansion
Doubled our space to 10,000 sq ft. Added private offices, event space, and our beloved coffee bar. Membership grew to 150+.
Community Hub
Launched our events program with 50+ workshops and networking events annually. The Collective became more than a space—it's a community.
Today & Tomorrow
300+ members strong, with plans for a second location. But our mission remains the same: build community, support great work, and make coming to work something to look forward to.
