At CRMPro, Inc., protecting your data is core to our business. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information.

Account data (name, email, company), CRM data you import (contacts, deals, activities), usage data (features used, session duration), and billing info (via Stripe).
2. How We Use It
- Provide, maintain, and improve our CRM services
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send product updates and relevant communications
- Power AI features (deal scoring, forecasting) using only your organization’s data
- Detect and prevent fraud
3. Data Sharing
We never sell your data. Sharing is limited to: service providers (hosting, payments), when required by law, and in connection with business transfers (with notice).
4. Data Security
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, SOC 2 Type II certified, regular penetration testing, and a dedicated security team. Enterprise plans include SSO and advanced access controls.
5. Your Rights
Access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. GDPR, CCPA, and international privacy rights fully supported. Contact privacy@crmpro.com.
6. Data Retention
Active account data is retained while your subscription is active. After cancellation, data is deleted within 90 days (with 30-day export window). Anonymized analytics may be retained.
7. Cookies
Essential cookies for auth and preferences. Optional analytics cookies with consent. No third-party ad tracking.
8. Changes
Material changes communicated 30 days in advance via email.
