These Terms govern your use of CRMPro’s website and services. By using CRMPro, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account
You must provide accurate info and keep credentials secure. The account admin is responsible for team member access and compliance.
2. Your Data
You retain all rights to your CRM data (contacts, deals, notes, files). We process it solely to provide the service. Data is never used across customers or for advertising.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use CRMPro only for lawful sales and business purposes
- Do not store sensitive data (SSN, health records) unless on a HIPAA-compliant Enterprise plan
- Do not attempt to access other customers’ data
- Do not use the API to scrape or extract data in bulk for resale
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed per-user monthly or annually. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
5. SLA
We guarantee 99.99% uptime for Business and Enterprise plans. Downtime credits apply per our SLA terms. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance.
6. Limitation of Liability
CRMPro is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for lost deals, revenue, or data beyond what is recoverable from backups. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We provide a 90-day data export window after cancellation. We may suspend accounts violating these terms with notice.
8. Governing Law
Governed by Delaware law. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE.
