Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using DeployFast services.
Important Notice
By accessing or using DeployFast, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
- "Service" refers to the DeployFast platform, including all features, APIs, and related services
- "User," "You," "Your" refers to the individual or entity accessing the Service
- "We," "Us," "Our" refers to DeployFast Inc.
- "Content" refers to any code, data, text, or materials uploaded to the Service
- "Project" refers to a deployment unit created within the Service
2. Account Terms
2.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to form a binding contract
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
2.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- All activities that occur under your account
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Ensuring compliance with these terms by any team members you add
- Promptly updating your account information if it changes
2.3 Organization Accounts
If you create an organization account:
- You represent that you have authority to bind the organization to these terms
- The organization is responsible for all activities of its members
- Organization administrators can manage access and permissions
3. Acceptable Use Policy
3.1 Permitted Uses
You may use the Service to:
- Deploy and host web applications, APIs, and static sites
- Configure custom domains and SSL certificates
- Collaborate with team members on projects
- Integrate with third-party services via our APIs
3.2 Prohibited Uses
You must NOT use the Service to:
- Host or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Engage in cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activities
- Distribute spam, phishing content, or fraudulent materials
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Host content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
3.3 Resource Limits
Each plan has specific resource limits. Exceeding these limits may result in:
- Temporary throttling of your deployments
- Automatic upgrade notification
- Service suspension for severe violations
4. Service Level Agreement
4.1 Uptime Commitment
For paid plans, we commit to the following uptime targets:
- Pro Plan: 99.9% monthly uptime
- Team Plan: 99.95% monthly uptime
- Enterprise: 99.99% monthly uptime with custom SLA
4.2 Service Credits
If we fail to meet uptime commitments, you may be eligible for service credits:
- 99.0% - 99.9% uptime: 10% credit
- 95.0% - 99.0% uptime: 25% credit
- Below 95.0% uptime: 50% credit
Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident.
4.3 Exclusions
The SLA does not apply to:
- Scheduled maintenance (announced 48 hours in advance)
- Issues caused by your code or configurations
- Third-party service outages
- Force majeure events
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Usage-based charges are billed at the end of each billing cycle
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- ACH/Wire transfer for annual Enterprise plans
- PayPal (in select regions)
5.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We will notify you via email
- You have 7 days to update payment information
- After 14 days, your account may be suspended
- After 30 days, your projects may be archived
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and serve your content as needed to provide the Service
- Create backups for disaster recovery
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service (in aggregate, anonymized form)
6.2 Our Service
DeployFast and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DeployFast Inc. and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
7. Termination
7.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Using the account deletion feature in settings
- Contacting our support team
Upon termination, your projects will be deactivated and data deleted within 30 days.
7.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You fail to pay applicable fees
- We are required to do so by law
- Your account poses a security risk
7.3 Data Export
Before termination, you may export your data using our CLI tool:
deployfast export --all
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeployFast Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these terms
- Your content or its use
- Your violation of any third-party rights
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via:
- Email notification to registered users
- Prominent notice on our website
- In-app notification
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
