By accessing and using Deployfast, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Deployfast for personal or commercial deployment purposes.

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not use the service for any illegal purposes
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
