Are your pilots FAA certified?

Yes, all DroneView pilots hold FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificates and carry $5M in liability insurance.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Standard projects require 5-7 business days. Rush services (24-48 hours) are available at a premium.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We reschedule at no additional cost. Safety is our top priority.

What is the typical turnaround?

Photos/video: 2-3 days. 3D models: 5-7 days. Inspection reports: 3-5 days. Rush delivery available.

Do you handle FAA airspace permissions?

Yes, we handle all FAA authorizations including LAANC approvals and Part 107 waivers.

Do you serve clients outside the US?

Yes, through our network of certified partners in Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and parts of Europe.
