EmailPro provides an email marketing platform that enables users to:

• Create and send email marketing campaigns
• Build and manage subscriber lists
• Design emails using templates and drag-and-drop editor
• Set up automated email workflows
• Track and analyze email performance

3. Account Registration

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You must NOT:

• Send spam or unsolicited commercial emails
• Use purchased, rented, or third-party lists without consent
• Send illegal, harmful, or harassing content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Send phishing emails or malware
• Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable laws

5. Anti-Spam Policy

EmailPro has zero tolerance for spam. You must:

• Only send emails to recipients who have given consent
• Include a valid physical address in every email
• Provide a clear unsubscribe mechanism
• Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days

6. Fees and Payment

• Fees are billed in advance monthly or annually
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Intellectual Property

The Services are owned by EmailPro and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT EMAILS WILL BE DELIVERED OR NOT MARKED AS SPAM.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMAILPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
