Terms of Service

By engaging Spectacle Events for event planning services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Spectacle Events provides luxury event planning, design, and coordination services as outlined in your specific service agreement.

2. Payment

A 50% retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. We accept wire transfers and credit cards.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations more than 6 months out: full refund minus $500 fee. 3-6 months: 50% refund. Less than 3 months: retainer non-refundable. Postponements accommodated at no charge.

4. Vendor Management

We coordinate with third-party vendors on your behalf but are not liable for their performance. All vendor contracts are between you and the vendor.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the planning fee paid. We carry professional liability insurance and recommend clients obtain event insurance.
