To connect your bank account, go to Settings > Connected Accounts > Add Bank. Search for your bank and follow the secure authentication process. We support over 12,000 financial institutions through our banking partner, Plaid.

Absolutely. We use bank-level 256-bit AES encryption for all data storage and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We're SOC 2 Type II certified and undergo regular security audits. We never store your bank login credentials—that's handled by Plaid using tokenized authentication.

Yes! Our Free plan includes connecting up to 2 bank accounts, basic budgeting features, transaction tracking, and basic reports. For advanced features like unlimited accounts, investment tracking, and family sharing, check out our Pro and Family plans.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You can continue using free features after cancellation, and you can export all your data at any time.

If your bank isn't syncing, first try refreshing the connection from Settings > Connected Accounts. If the issue persists, your bank may have changed their login process—try removing and re-adding the account. Some banks also have temporary outages that typically resolve within 24 hours.

Yes! Our Family plan supports up to 5 family members with individual profiles. Each member can have their own budgets and accounts while sharing household expenses and savings goals. Invite family members from Settings > Family > Invite Member.
