2. Eligibility

To use FinanceFlow, you must:

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

FinanceFlow offers free and paid subscription plans. Features vary by plan level. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.

5.2 Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods
• Annual plans may be eligible for prorated refunds within 30 days of purchase

6. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

We do not warrant that:

• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Financial data will be 100% accurate at all times
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINANCEFLOW INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Financial decisions made based on information from the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct on the Service
• Service interruptions or unavailability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuance or modification of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
