How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you can track it in real-time through our app or website. Click the "Track Order" button on your order confirmation, or visit the tracking page and enter your order ID.

How do I request a refund?

If you're unsatisfied with your order, open the FoodDash app, go to your order history, select the order, and tap "Help". You can report specific issues and request a refund or credit directly.

How do I cancel my DashPass subscription?

To cancel DashPass, go to Account Settings > DashPass > Manage Subscription > Cancel. You'll continue to have DashPass benefits until the end of your billing period.

What's your delivery radius?

Delivery radius varies by restaurant, typically between 3-10 miles. Enter your address in the app to see all available restaurants and their estimated delivery times.

How do I become a delivery driver?

Visit our Dashers page and click "Sign Up to Dash". You'll need to be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and pass a background check. Most applicants can start dashing within a week.
