Yes! We offer a complimentary 3-day pass for first-time visitors. This gives you full access to our facilities, group classes, and recovery zone so you can experience everything FORGE has to offer before committing.

We offer both month-to-month and annual memberships. Annual memberships come with a 15% discount and are billed upfront. Month-to-month memberships can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice—no cancellation fees, no hassle.

Absolutely. All members can freeze their membership for up to 3 months per year at a reduced rate of $15/month. This is perfect for extended travel, injury recovery, or any life circumstances that prevent you from using the gym.

Classes can be booked through the FORGE app up to 7 days in advance, or at the front desk. We recommend booking early as popular classes fill up quickly—especially evening HIIT and weekend yoga sessions.

Every class welcomes all fitness levels. Our instructors provide modifications for every movement. We also offer "Foundations" classes specifically designed for beginners—these cover proper form and technique before progressing to more intense workouts.

Please cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid a late-cancel fee ($10). This allows members on the waitlist to take your spot. Three no-shows in a month may result in temporary booking restrictions.

Yes! We host monthly specialty workshops covering topics like Olympic lifting technique, mobility masterclasses, nutrition seminars, and mindset coaching. Performance and Elite members get priority registration and discounted rates.

We're closed on major holidays (New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).

Yes! We have a dedicated underground parking garage with free 2-hour parking for all members. Simply scan your membership card at the gate. There's also street parking and a Metro stop within walking distance.

All members enjoy: luxury locker rooms with private showers, towel service, filtered water stations, phone charging stations, and a smoothie bar. Performance+ members also access our recovery zone (saunas, cold plunge, massage guns).

Our FORGE Kids Club is available Monday-Saturday from 8 AM - 1 PM and 4 PM - 8 PM. Certified childcare staff supervise children ages 3 months to 12 years while you work out. It's complimentary for Elite members; $5/visit for other tiers.

Book a complimentary fitness assessment with our training director. During this 45-minute session, we'll discuss your goals, assess your current fitness level, and match you with the perfect trainer for your needs.

Session packages range from $70-120 per session depending on trainer experience level and package size. Partner training (2 people) and semi-private training (3-4 people) offer reduced per-person rates. See our pricing page for full details.

Absolutely. All our trainers have unique specializations—from powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting to mobility and post-rehabilitation. View trainer profiles on our website and request your preferred trainer when booking.

Sessions are valid for 6 months from purchase date. If you need an extension due to travel, illness, or other circumstances, speak with our training manager—we're flexible and want you to use every session.

Performance and Elite members can bring guests for $20 per visit. Elite members receive 4 complimentary guest passes per month. All guests must sign a waiver and be accompanied by the member throughout their visit.

Proper athletic attire and closed-toe athletic shoes are required on the gym floor. No jeans, sandals, or work boots. For hygiene, please bring a towel to place on equipment. We provide complimentary towels if needed.

Personal progress photos and videos are welcome in designated areas. Please be mindful of other members' privacy—no filming in locker rooms or capturing other members without consent. Professional shoots require advance approval.

Report it at the front desk and we'll deactivate the old card immediately. A replacement card costs $10. Pro tip: Add your membership to the FORGE app for keyless entry—no card needed!
