New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled.
4.3 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
- We may change prices with 30 days notice
- Taxes may apply based on your location
4.4 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We generally do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

6. Health Disclaimer

- Be relied upon for medical decisions

7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HealthKit and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.
8. Third-Party Services

- Data shared with third parties through your integrations

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HealthKit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

- Non-payment of subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination using our data export feature.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
