4. Application Process
By submitting a loan application, you authorize LendSmart to verify your information, including but not limited to your identity, employment, income, and credit history.
5. Repayment
You agree to repay your loan according to the terms specified in your loan agreement. Late payments may result in additional fees and negative reports to credit bureaus.
