Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LinkForest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use LinkForest. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use LinkForest to share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you post on LinkForest. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to display, distribute, and promote your content as part of the service. LinkForest's brand, design, and code are our intellectual property.

5. Paid Plans & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

6. Custom Domains

Pro and Premium users may connect custom domains. You are responsible for domain registration, renewal, and DNS configuration. If your paid plan lapses, your custom domain connection will be deactivated but your page will remain accessible via your LinkForest URL.

7. Limitation of Liability

LinkForest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, except for injunctive relief which may be sought in any court of competent jurisdiction.
