Mailcraft provides an email API platform that enables developers to send transactional emails. Our services include email sending, analytics, webhooks, and related features.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree not to use our services to:

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, eligible customers may receive service credits as outlined in our SLA.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailcraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
