Welcome to MailCraft. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MailCraft, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MailCraft to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam)
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
  • Send content that is deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Distribute malware, phishing attempts, or harmful content
  • Harvest email addresses without consent

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using MailCraft. We retain ownership of the platform, its design, code, and features. Our templates are licensed for use within the platform.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via email and our status page.

7. Data Handling

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of subscriber data complies with applicable privacy laws.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
