What happens when I exceed the user limit?
On the Starter plan, you'll be prompted to upgrade when adding your 6th user. We'll never automatically charge you or lock you out of your data.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll only pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, you'll receive a credit.
