Due to our boutique nature and limited availability, we recommend booking grooming and boarding services several weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons or holidays. Daycare and training sessions can often be booked with shorter notice.
We require 24 hours notice for grooming and daycare cancellations, and 48 hours notice for boarding cancellations. Cancellations made outside of these windows may incur a fee. Please refer to our full terms of service for details.
