  • Infrastructure metrics and logs sent by the ServerWatch agent

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our monitoring services
  • Process transactions and send billing notifications
  • Send product updates and security alerts
  • Provide customer support
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our platform
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3. We are SOC 2 Type II certified and undergo regular security audits. Infrastructure metrics are stored in isolated, access-controlled environments.

4. Data Retention

Monitoring data is retained according to your plan's retention period (1 day for Community, 15 days for Pro, 13 months for Enterprise). Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for 30 days after deletion. You can request data export or deletion at any time.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers who help us operate (hosting, payment processing, email)
  • Law enforcement when required by valid legal process
  • Business transferees in the event of a merger or acquisition
