Common questions about our lesson programs.
What should I bring to my lesson?
Warm, waterproof clothing (layers), gloves, goggles, and sunscreen. We provide all equipment (skis/snowboard, boots, helmet) or you can bring your own.
How early should I book?
Private lessons can book up weeks in advance during peak season. We recommend booking at least 7-14 days ahead. Group lessons typically have more availability.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 48+ hours before your lesson for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50%. No-shows are charged full price.
Do lessons include lift tickets?
No, lift tickets are separate. However, lesson students receive a 10% discount on same-day lift tickets when booked together.
