1. Information We Collect

Account data (name, email), payment information, text inputs for synthesis, and voice samples uploaded for cloning. We also collect anonymized usage metrics.

2. Voice Data

Voice cloning samples are stored securely and used only to create your custom voice model. You can delete voice clones and associated data at any time. We never use your voice data to train general models without explicit consent.

3. Generated Audio

Generated audio files are stored for 30 days for easy access, then automatically deleted. You can download your audio at any time. Enterprise plans can configure custom retention periods.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Voice samples and generated audio are stored in isolated, encrypted storage. We conduct regular security audits.

5. Your Rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time through your account settings. For GDPR/CCPA requests, email privacy@speakai.com.

6. Third Parties

We share data only with infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, payment processing) who are contractually bound to protect your data. We never sell personal data.
