1. Acceptance

By using SpeakAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Voice Cloning Ethics

You may only clone voices you own or have explicit written permission to clone. Creating voice clones for impersonation, fraud, or without consent is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

3. Content Restrictions

Do not use SpeakAI to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, misleading, or designed to deceive people into believing they are hearing a real person when they are not (deepfake prohibition).

4. Intellectual Property

You own all audio you generate with SpeakAI. We retain no rights to your generated content. SpeakAI's technology, pre-built voices, and brand are our intellectual property.

5. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits per your plan. Do not attempt to circumvent limits, reverse-engineer our models, or redistribute API access without authorization.

6. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically. Cancel anytime. Unused character quotas do not roll over. We offer a 14-day free trial and 30-day refund guarantee.

7. Limitation of Liability

SpeakAI is provided "as is." We are not responsible for how generated audio is used. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
