- Choose your subscription plan (monthly, 3-month, or annual)
- Receive your first box within 3-5 business days
- Enjoy new discoveries every month
- Skip, pause, or cancel anytime
We offer three curated box types:
- Beauty Box - Premium skincare, makeup, and beauty essentials
- Wellness Box - Self-care products, aromatherapy, and relaxation items
- Lifestyle Box - Home decor, accessories, and lifestyle essentials
Each box contains 5-8 full-size products worth $150+ for just $39/month.
Yes! Our quiz helps personalize your box based on your preferences. You can also:
- Update your profile anytime to refine recommendations
- Rate products to improve future selections
- Set preferences for specific categories (e.g., vegan, cruelty-free)
- Swap 1-2 items before your box ships (Premium members)
Subscription Management
Absolutely! You have full control over your subscription:
- Skip a month - Skip anytime before the 20th of the month
- Pause - Pause for up to 3 months at a time
- Resume - Resume whenever you're ready

We're sad to see you go! To cancel:
- Log into your account
- Go to "Subscription Settings"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to confirm
Cancel anytime before the 20th to avoid the next charge. No fees or penalties.
Yes! You can switch box types anytime:
- Go to your account dashboard
- Select "Change Box Type"
- Choose your new box preference
- Changes take effect on your next billing cycle
Shipping & Delivery
Your first box ships within 3-5 business days of subscribing. After that, boxes ship between the 1st-5th of each month. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Currently, we ship to:
- All 50 US states (free shipping)
- Canada ($15 shipping fee)
- UK and EU (coming soon!)
Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your region.
Once your box ships, you'll receive:
- Email confirmation with tracking number
- Real-time tracking updates
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your box from your account dashboard.
We've got you covered! If your box arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:
- Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
- Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)
- We'll send a replacement box at no charge

Billing & Payments
Billing occurs:
- Immediately when you first subscribe
- On the same day each month for recurring subscriptions
- 3-month plans: charged every 3 months
- Annual plans: charged once per year
You'll receive an email receipt for every charge.

All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Yes! Update your payment method anytime:

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on your first box. If you're not happy, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. For subsequent boxes, we handle issues on a case-by-case basis.

Each SubBox contains:
- 5-8 full-size products (no samples!)
- Combined retail value of $150+

All products are full-size! We never include samples or deluxe samples. Every item in your box is the complete retail product you'd buy in stores.
Yes! During the quiz, you can specify preferences for:
- Vegan products only

- Sustainable packaging
- Allergen-free options
Account Management
To update your address:
- Log into your account
- Go to "Account Settings"
- Click "Shipping Address"
- Enter your new address
- Save changes before the 20th to apply to the next box
Absolutely! Many subscribers have multiple boxes. You can subscribe to different box types on the same account or gift subscriptions to friends and family.
To reset your password:
- Go to the login page
- Click "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for reset instructions
- Create a new password
