1. Subscription Terms

By subscribing to SubBox, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription that will automatically renew each billing cycle. Subscriptions are billed on the date of initial sign-up each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellations made before the 15th of the month will prevent the next month's box from shipping. Cancellations after the 15th will take effect the following month.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US dollars. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price changes take effect.

3. Shipping

Boxes ship between the 1st and 5th of each month. Standard shipping within the US is included in the subscription price. International shipping is available for an additional fee.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the curated nature of our boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a credit at our discretion.

5. Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are pre-paid for the selected duration and do not auto-renew. The gift recipient may extend the subscription at the end of the gift period. Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once the first box has shipped.

6. Product Disclaimers

Box contents may vary from what is displayed on our website or social media. We curate boxes based on seasonal themes and product availability. While we strive to meet personalization preferences, we cannot guarantee specific products.

Some products may contain allergens, fragrances, or ingredients that may cause sensitivities. Please review product labels before use. SubBox is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the SubBox website, including logos, text, images, and design, is owned by SubBox and protected by copyright laws. Unboxing photos and reviews shared on social media are encouraged, but commercial use of our branded content requires written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SubBox's total liability for any claim arising from your subscription shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
