Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TradePro's trading platform, website, mobile applications, and related services. By opening an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use TradePro, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a legal resident of the United States
  • Provide accurate and complete identity information
  • Not be restricted from trading under applicable securities laws

2. Account Registration

You must complete our identity verification (KYC) process before trading. This includes providing your legal name, date of birth, Social Security Number, and a government-issued photo ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Trading Services

TradePro provides self-directed trading services. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or portfolio management. All trading decisions are your own responsibility.

  • Trade execution is on a best-effort basis
  • Market orders may be executed at prices different from the displayed price
  • System outages may prevent order submission or execution
  • We reserve the right to restrict or suspend trading during extraordinary market conditions

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading in securities, options, cryptocurrency, and forex involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial circumstances. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unregulated
  • Margin trading amplifies both gains and losses
  • Options involve complex strategies with significant risk

5. Fees and Charges

Stock and crypto trading is commission-free. Additional fees may apply for:

  • Options contracts ($0.65 per contract)
  • Wire transfers ($25 outgoing)
  • Margin interest (variable rate, see margin agreement)
  • TradePro+ premium features ($9.99/month)
  • Regulatory fees (SEC, FINRA, as applicable)

6. Account Funding

Deposits via ACH typically settle within 1-3 business days. Wire transfers settle same day. Crypto deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals for security review.

7. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits and our API Terms of Use. You may not use our API to build a competing service, redistribute market data, or engage in activities that could harm our platform or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, charts, tools, algorithms, and branding on TradePro are our property. Market data is provided under license from exchanges and data providers and may not be redistributed.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by regulatory authorities. Upon termination, you must close all open positions and withdraw remaining funds.

10. Limitation of Liability

TradePro is not liable for trading losses, system outages, data inaccuracies, or third-party service failures. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under FINRA's arbitration rules. Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal securities regulations.
