How do I create a Vault account?
Creating a Vault account is simple. Click the "Get Started" button, enter your email address, and follow the prompts. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account. The entire process takes less than 2 minutes.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes! All new users get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime during or after your trial.
Can I import data from other accounting software?
Absolutely. Vault supports importing data from QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Wave, and many others. We also accept CSV and Excel file uploads. Our support team can help you with the migration process.
Billing & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with NET 30 terms.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at your next billing date.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Vault within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! When you choose annual billing, you save 20% compared to monthly billing. This applies to all plans including Starter, Professional, and Enterprise.
