VERTEX provides digital agency services including but not limited to:

• Brand strategy and identity design
• Web design and development
• Digital marketing and advertising
• Creative direction and consulting

3. Project Terms

All project work is governed by individual agreements that outline scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. These project agreements supplement these Terms of Service.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in project agreements. VERTEX retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit is required to commence work
• Milestone payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees

6. Limitation of Liability

VERTEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
