What counts as a token?
Tokens are pieces of words used for processing. As a rough guide, 1 token is approximately 4 characters or 0.75 words in English. Both input (your prompt) and output (model response) tokens are counted.
Do unused credits roll over?
Free tier credits expire after 3 months. Pro plan included credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Any additional credits you purchase do not expire.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.
